What this course is (and isn’t)
The Lush Birth Mindset Course is a heartfelt collection of relaxation scripts, positive affirmations, breathing practices, visualisation tracks, and mindset tools that I’ve gathered over the years from scientific research, biology, evidence-based studies, and timeless wisdom passed down through generations of birthing women.
Everything is shared for educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not medical advice, midwifery care, or therapy. I am not a doctor, midwife, or licensed healthcare professional. You are fully responsible for your own choices and must consult your midwife, doctor, or qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
Payment & instant access
Once payment is successfully processed (via Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments), you receive immediate, lifetime access to all course materials and any future updates I add.

In short: full refund within 24 hours only if you have not accessed any content.
Once you begin the course, enrolment is final (except in rare compassionate circumstances, which I handle personally).

All audio tracks, workbooks, videos, scripts, and images are created by me and protected by copyright. You may use them for yourself and your birth partner after purchase, but please do not share, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the course.

Technical bits
You’ll need a good internet connection and a device that can play videos and audio. I’ll always help if something goes wrong on my side.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any outcomes related to your pregnancy or birth. You participate at your own risk and responsibility.
Updates
I may refresh or add new content from time to time — you’ll always have access to the latest version at no extra cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, (England)
