I’m Lauren, the sole person behind My Lush Birth. Your privacy matters to me, so here’s exactly what I collect, why, and how I keep it safe.

1. What information I collect

When you:

  • Buy the Lush Birth Mindset Course or join The Lush Circle membership

  • Sign up for my free resources or email list

  • Email me directly

I collect only what’s needed:

  • Your first name and email address

  • Payment information (handled securely by Stripe or ThriveCart – I never see your full card details)

  • If you join the paid community: any information you choose to share inside the private space (posts, messages, photos)

  • Basic website analytics (which pages you visit, via Wix Analytics – no personal identifiers)

2. How I use your information

  • To deliver your course, membership, and any bonuses

  • To send you the emails you signed up for (course updates, weekly love-notes, gentle offers)

  • To answer your emails personally

  • To improve my website and offers

3. Who I share your information with

  • Only trusted tools I need to run the business:

  • Wix (website + members area)

  • Stripe or ThriveCart (payments)

  • ConvertKit / Flodesk / MailerLite (my email provider – whichever you use)

  • Circle.so or Wix Groups (if you join The Lush Circle) I never sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.

4. Cookies & analytics

  • My site uses essential cookies so your cart and login work properly. I also use basic anonymous analytics to see which pages are helpful. You can turn non-essential cookies off in your browser any time.

5. How long I keep your data

  • Course & membership buyers: as long as the course/community exists (so you keep lifetime access)

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe (easy one-click link in every email)

  • Payment records: 7 years (UK tax law requirement)

6. Your rights (GDPR)

  • You can ask me at any time to:

  • See what data I hold about you

  • Correct or delete it

  • Stop receiving emails

  • Export your data Just reply to any email or write to hello@mylushbirth.com and I’ll sort it within 30 days (usually much faster).

7. Security

  • All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. Your course login is password-protected. I take every reasonable step to keep your information safe.
